What to Expect

Pearl Market is a converted 1950’s Potato Grading Shed the now serves as the Retail location for Laughing King Oyster Company and Vessel Farm Winery. At 4000 sq ft with 2000 sq ft of covered porch, it’s large enough to accommodate most gatherings comfortably. Located at the very southern tip of Virginia’s Eastern Shore and along the southern section of the Eastern Shore bike path, it’s the ideal location for groups from Hampton Roads who want to get away without traveling far. 

Climate Controlled

The interior space is air conditioned and heated so extreme temperatures won’t bother your group. 

High Speed Wifi

Our Wifi network features 35Mbps download speeds and 15 Mbps upload speeds, as fast as it gets on the Shore. 

Available Kitchen

Pearl Market also features a small commercial kitchen including a Commercial Stove, Sandwich Prep Table, 2 fryers, an ice machine, and a 3 compartment sink.

There are. many nearby opportunities for recreation, including a 5 mile hike and bike trail that passes within feet of Pearl Market, and 3 Wildlife Refuge areas within a 5 minute drive.

  • Sign up and pay all required fees to reserve your spot. If plans change, you can cancel up to 14 days before the retreat start to receive a 50% refund.

  • After booking, we'll send you a Welcome Packet with everything you need to know—detailed schedules, packing list recommendations, add-ons to consider, and more.

  • We'd recommend booking your transportation to and from the event as soon as possible, to ensure you can arrive without any complications or delays.

  • Now all that's left to do is pack your bags and get excited for your new adventure.
